SHOT BLASTING

Our shot blasting machine is designed and manufactured by TOSCA (Italy), ensuring the highest quality and reliability. we can handle a wide range of material with a size range of 16 to 90 mm. Our machine is capable of achieving surface finishes of SA 2.5 to 3.0, which provides high quality surface by removing scale.

STRAIGHTENING AND CHAMFERING

Our machines are designed and manufactured by EJP (Germany).  With a size range of 16 to 90 mm, we can handle a wide range of materials. Our machines are capable of achieving straightness of less than 1mm per meter, which is essential for achieving precise finished products.

MAGNAFLUX LEAKAGE TESTING (MFLT)

Our magnaflux leakage testing equipment is designed and manufactured by Dr. Foerester (Germany), ensuring the highest quality and accuracy. With a size range of 16 to 90 mm, we can test a wide range of materials. Our magnetic flux leakage testing has a surface defect detection capability of 10 x 0.1 x 0.1 mm (L x W x D), making it capable of detecting even the tiniest defects that may be invisible to the naked eye. Our experienced team of professionals is committed to delivering reliable and efficient testing services to ensure the quality and safety of our products. With our magnetic flux leakage testing, we can rest assured that our product will be thoroughly tested and meet the highest standards of quality.

AUTOMATIC ULTRASONIC TESTING (AUTO UST)

Our automatic ultrasonic testing machine is designed by Olympus (Canada). It works on the principle of phased array technology. It is equipped with QuickView Software which enables us to detect defects online. This machine includes two waves such as longitudional waves which detects internal defects and shear waves which detects sub-surface defects. We can handle wide range of product with a size range of 90 to 120 mm. It has a defect detection capability of 0.3 x 30 mm (SDH) and 0.4 mm (FBH).
